#### Character FAQs

<summary>What kind of content is restricted on BoriChat?</summary>

Borichat welcomes free imagination, but does not allow content such as:

* Sexual content for children and minors in all forms.
* Direct nude or sexual depiction, including genital exposure.
* Torture or violent descriptions of AI.
* Image or representation of a real person (celebrity, politician, acquaintance, etc.).
* An overly sensational or repulsive description.

Character images should be expressed mainly on the face and upper body, and direct sexual implications are limited. If you find any content that violates it, please use the reporting function. It will be reviewed quickly and taken action

<summary>How are your accounts and privacy protected?</summary>

All chats and characters generated by BoriChat are private by default. Unless posted directly, they will not be exposed to others. However, published content must conform to the terms and conditions of use and may be deleted if it violates community guidelines.

<summary>How do I report my character being stolen and used by someone else?</summary>

After entering the character profile, click the ︙ button next to the home button and press the report character button.

<summary>I want to change my conversation profile information.</summary>

You can create a new profile and change it to another profile in My Page-Profile Card.

<summary>How do I delete a conversation?</summary>

For conversation deletion, you can delete the conversations you want to delete from the Chat - Trash icon, and for deleted conversations, you cannot recover them.

<summary>Can I create a character profile with another cartoon or webtoon character?</summary>

Violation of other people's intellectual property rights is prohibited when creating characters.\
You can get inspiration from other works or famous characters, but direct reproduction or unauthorized use is not allowed.

<summary>I can't remember the ID.</summary>

If you don't remember your ID and account email, please send us your subscription information at \[My Page] → \[Customer Center] → \[1:1 Inquiry] or email \[<help.borichat@gmail.com> ] and we will check and answer you.

<summary>How can I change your password?</summary>

In the case of changing password, click Settings → \[Setting] button changes to change the password.

<summary>How do you do log out?</summary>

In the case of logout, click Logout.

<summary>How do I leave the membership?</summary>

In the case of membership withdrawal, membership withdrawal can be withdrawn from My Page - My Profile Modification - Membership withdrawal.

* Membership withdrawal is possible after one day of membership, and upon withdrawal, automatic cancellation and purchase records for remaining memberships in purchase/use will be extinguished.
* Preserve your subscription history for one year to prevent new subscription benefits from re-registration.
* When you leave the account, all existing conversation history and usage history are deleted and cannot be recovered.
* Re-subscription to the same email/social account will be restricted for 7 days after withdrawal.

#### Payment and Refund FAQs

<summary>How do I get a refund?</summary>

If a member does not use the coin/bonus coin within the payment period, he/she can receive a full refund if he/she requests cancellation of the payment within 7 days from the payment date. If you contact us for a refund at \[My Page] → \[Customer Center] → \[1:1 Inquiry] or email \[<help.borichat@gmail.com> ], we will check and proceed with the refund process.

Applications for termination of regular payments (premium membership) can be made 24 hours after the application date, and applications can be made on My Page - Payment Details.
